 Roshanara  Parwin  best all-rounder of Odisha  senior  women Team. She is belongs to business family of Western Odisha,   Bolangir. In the year 2007 she started palying Cricket. Her brother Jahangir Khan is a club label cricket player inspired Roashnara. During that time Roashnara  used to collecting balls when her brother was hitting long distance. Gradually this habit made her a cricketer.

Later  Roashnara went to of her won District Cricket Coach Arun Nayak. Roashanara focused her cricket.  Style of batting and powerful shots selectors pull her to State senior team.

Achievements

2012-Rasnara Parwin has been included in the final-fourteen of Indian Women’s Cricket T-20 Team for the ICC Women’s T-20 World Cup scheduled to be played in Sri Lanka in September-October 2012.
