Bhubaneswar : Mohun Bagan Super Giant captain Subhasish Bose has earned the prestigious AIFF Men's Player of the Year award for his exceptional performances with the Mariners here on Friday. Bose is joined by his national team compatriot and clubmate, Vishal Kaith, who earned the Men’s Goalkeeper of the Year accolade.

Jamshedpur FC head coach Khalid Jamil has won the AIFF's Men's Coach of the Year award for the second year in a row.

The Men of Steel have enjoyed a remarkable season under the Indian coach, which saw them return to the ISL Playoffs and, almost remarkably, pull off a famous semi-final win over Mohun Bagan Super Giant.

Jamil has now guided Jamshedpur FC to their first-ever Cup final, where they will face FC Goa for the Kalinga Super Cup trophy on Saturday.

East Bengal FC forward Soumya Guguloth was named the AIFF Women’s Player of the Year after a stellar IWL campaign, finishing as the highest-scoring Indian player with nine goals and helping her team lift the title.

Goalkeeper Panthoi Chanu, also from East Bengal FC, was awarded the Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year after keeping seven clean sheets in 14 matches, anchoring the team’s defensive solidity throughout the season.

Sujata Kar of Sribhumi FC was named Women’s Coach of the Year after guiding the newly promoted club to an impressive third-place finish behind East Bengal and Gokulam Kerala.

18-year-old defender Toijam Thoibisana Chanu, also from Sribhumi FC, earned the Women’s Promising Player of the Year honour, capping off a memorable debut season at the top level. .
