Qualifying Round of ITF World Tennis Tour J30 concludes

Bhubaneswar : The second day of the ITF World Tennis Tour J30 Bhubaneswar 2025 concluded here on Monday at the Kalinga Stadium Tennis Centre with the final round of the boys’ and girls’ singles qualifying draws.
The international junior tournament, organised by the Odisha Tennis Association (OTA) under the aegis of the International Tennis Federation (ITF), continues to showcase high-calibre performances from young tennis talents across India.
Six players each from the boys’ and girls’ qualifying draws secured their place in the main draw after hard-fought victories today.
The day also marked the official inauguration of the tournament. Sanjeeb Panda, IPS – Tournament Director and Joint Secretary of OTA, declared the tournament open in a brief ceremony graced by key dignitaries including Satyajit Mohanty, Treasurer OTA, Sambit Patnaik, Administrative Officer OTA, Prabin Kumar Nayak, ITF Supervisor, and other esteemed members of the Odisha Tennis Association.
The main draw matches of the ITF J30 Bhubaneswar will commence on Tuesday, featuring the top-seeded players and successful qualifiers competing for valuable ITF Junior World Ranking points. The Odisha Tennis Association extends a warm welcome to all tennis lovers to witness an exciting week of international junior tennis at the Kalinga Stadium. .
